1. Service Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel a request or service made directly through our platform, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of booking or payment.

2. Refunds

  • If you have paid us directly for a support service and are eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund eligibility will be clearly stated at the time of payment.

3. Third-Party Ferry Operators

  • For bookings made with third-party ferry operators, their own cancellation and refund policies will apply.
  • Canada Ferry Palace is not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party providers.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a scheduled journey, refunds may not be available, subject to the operator’s policy.
